Design Agreement 1
Includes any Lindal Planbook plan with minor modifications

Lindal Design Services will:

•  Resolve any structural or design issues
•  Draw a prelim plan based on redlines
•  Reflect local requirements on the prelim plan
•  Issue a guaranteed price
•  Do a second iteration and pricing if required

Cost $.75 sq ft
(Applied towards final purchase of Lindal package)

Design Agreement 2
Custom version of a stock Lindal plan or your custom design using typical Lindal materials

Lindal Design Services will:

•  Confer with local building department as necessary
•  Provide limited consultation to the client about the design in conference calls scheduled
    by dealer
•  Draw concept plan to confirm design
•  Provide estimated package price for concept plan
•  Draw prelim based on Dealer’s redlines to concept plan
•  Issue a guaranteed price for prelim
•  Draw and price a second iteration if required

Cost $3.00 sq ft
(Applied towards final purchase of Lindal package)

Design Agreement 3
Opportunity to work with a Design Professional

Lindal Design Services will:

•  Provide a Lindal Architect to meet client on-site to walk site, prepare design program and
   discuss other design considerations
•  Confer with local building department as necessary
•  The architect will draw a concept plan with major elevations to confirm design
•  Provide a review conference call with the client about the design scheduled by Lindal Dealer
•  Provide estimated package price for concept plan
•  A second iteration of concept drawing, prepared by architect and reviewed by client on the
    phone with an estimate if required
•  Draw prelim based on Lindal Dealer’s redlines to concept plan
•  Issue a guaranteed price for prelim not to include engineering.
•  (Engineering to be completed by a registered engineer)
•  Draw and price a second iteration if required

Cost $5.00 sq ft - minimum $9000.00
